Services — Return to strength

Pain-free isn't the finish line. Strong is.

The most common gap we see: pain is gone, the joint is 'fine', and the athlete is still 30% weaker on one side. Return to strength is a coached, tested bridge from clinical exercises to real barbells, real plyometrics, and real confidence.

Who this is for

  • Athletes discharged from rehab but nowhere near baseline
  • Post-op patients cleared for progressive loading by their surgeon
  • Runners and skiers who have never strength trained and keep re-tweaking
  • Anyone whose single-leg strength, hop, or press numbers don't match sides

What we actually do

  1. 01 Baseline testing: isometric strength, single-leg capacity, jump and hop metrics
  2. 02 Individually programmed strength blocks, coached in the clinic gym
  3. 03 Plyometric progressions — extensive to intensive, two feet to one
  4. 04 Re-testing every 4–6 weeks with the numbers charted next to your baseline
  5. 05 Handoff programming for your gym or club once you pass

Honest timelines

Strength change is slow and measurable: expect 8–12 week blocks, visible numbers each month, and a finish line defined in advance — typically ≥90% limb symmetry across strength and hop tests.
