All-in means surgeon, anesthesia, surgical suite, implants when used, garments and a year of follow-up visits. Combining procedures in one surgery usually costs less than doing them separately, and your quote shows each part.

How payment works
Simple, and never rushed

No payment at your consult
Only the $150 consult fee, which comes off your surgery if you book within 12 months.

A deposit holds your date
A $1,000 deposit reserves your surgery date. It is fully refundable until 30 days before surgery.

Balance two weeks before
The rest is due 14 days before surgery, by card, bank transfer or an approved payment plan.

- Board-certified anesthesiologist
- Our accredited surgical suite
- Implants, when your plan uses them
- Compression garments or surgical bra
- Follow-up visits for the first year
Not included
- Pre-surgery lab tests or clearance from your own doctor
- Prescription medicines
- An overnight stay, when you choose one and it is not part of your plan
- Travel and hotel for out-of-town patients
Insurance and HSA
Cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance, and HSA or FSA funds usually cannot be used for it.
Some related surgery can be covered when your plan's rules are met, such as breast reduction, reconstruction, or upper eyelid surgery that blocks vision. Maya, our coordinator, checks before anything is booked.
