Reconstructive care
Plastic surgery training covers reconstruction as well as cosmetic surgery. Dr. Merrow sees reconstructive patients referred by breast surgeons, dermatologists and family doctors. When a plan covers the surgery, our coordinator handles the prior authorization paperwork with you.
Many group health plans that cover a mastectomy must also cover breast reconstruction. We help you check what your own plan requires before any surgery is booked.
