Choose virtual in our booking form. Maya, our coordinator, confirms by email and sends a private video link.

You can upload a few photos through our secure patient portal before the call. It is optional, and the portal is the only safe way to send them.

Talk with Dr. Merrow
About 45 minutes on video. Then a written plan and price range arrives within two business days.
What video can do, and what it cannot

- Walk through recovery, time off work and help at home
- Give you a written price range and payment options
Video cannot
- Confirm you are a candidate. That needs an in-person exam
- Choose implant size or measure skin and tissue
- Replace the in-person visit we require before every surgery
Before your call
How to prepare
- A phone, tablet or laptop with a camera, and a steady place to rest it
- A private, quiet room with light in front of you, not behind
- Your questions written down, and a partner or friend if you like
- A list of your medicines and past surgeries
Privacy: calls are encrypted and never recorded. Photos you upload live in your medical record, are seen only by our clinical team, and are never used for marketing. Please do not send photos by email or text.

How long to stay in Denver
We see you in person before surgery and again before you travel home. Typical stays:
- Breast augmentation or liposuction About 5 days
- Eyelid surgery About 6 to 7 days
- Rhinoplasty About 7 days
