Pool design and 3D
A sun study, a scaled site plan and a 3D design you can walk through before anything is dug.
How we build it
Every Sunpath pool starts on paper. We measure your yard, note the slope, trees, utilities and setbacks, and track where the sun falls from morning to late afternoon. That is how we decide where the pool sits, where the shade goes and which way the loungers face.
Then we build it in 3D. You see the pool from your kitchen window, from the patio and from above, at the time of day you will actually use it. Two rounds of changes are included. When you sign a build contract, the design fee comes off your price.

You own the 3D design package. If you choose another builder, you can take the drawings with you; we only ask that our name stays on them.

Why charge for design at all?
A real design takes a site visit, a survey and a few days of drafting. The fee keeps the work honest and it comes back to you in full when you build with us.
Can you work from a photo I saved?
Please bring them. Inspiration photos help us understand the feel you want. We will tell you what carries over to your yard and what would need a different site.
