What changes the price

  1. 01

    How big the area is

One room costs less than a whole floor. We measure, so the estimate follows the real size.

  2. 02

    How clean the water was

Clean water from a supply pipe is simpler than grey water from an appliance or sewage from a drain.

  3. 03

    How long it sat

Water caught within a day or two often dries in place. After that, more material usually has to come out.

  4. 04

    What it soaked into

Hardwood, plaster and concrete dry slower than drywall and carpet, and need more days of equipment.

  5. 05

    How much has to move

Packing out a full basement of belongings takes more hands and storage than a single room.

  6. 06

    What happens after

Repairs like drywall, paint and flooring are quoted separately once the space is dry and clean.
