Financing

Spread it out, without the fine-print surprises.

A whole-house window job is a big number. Here are the three ways our customers pay, what each one really costs, and which one we'd steer a friend away from.

Payment math

What would the monthly payment be?

An example only. Your real rate depends on your credit and is shown before you sign anything.

Interest over the loan

Financing through a third-party lender, subject to credit approval. Examples are not offers. The price of your windows is the same whether you finance or pay cash.

Real numbers

$8,000 60 mo 9.99% $170 $10,196
$15,000 84 mo 9.99% $249 $20,911
$25,000 120 mo 11.99% $359 $43,024

Fixed-rate examples, rounded to the dollar. Longer terms mean smaller payments and more interest.

"No interest for 12 months," in plain words.

This is a deferred-interest plan. If you pay the full balance within 12 months, you pay no interest. If even a small balance is left on day 366, the interest for the whole year is added back, usually at a high rate.

It works well for people who are waiting on a tax refund, a bonus or a home sale. If you're not sure you'll clear it in time, the fixed monthly loan is the safer choice, and we'll tell you that at the table.

Free, in writing, no pressure

Start with the price, then pick how to pay.

Your written quote comes first. Financing is a separate conversation, with the payment math in front of you and no pressure to decide that day.
