A person answers the phone during front desk hours. Messages sent after hours get a reply the next morning.

- Mon to Fri, 7:00 to 9:30 a.m.
- Daycare pick-up
- Mon to Fri, by 6:30 p.m.
- Boarding check-in and check-out
- Mon to Sat, 7:00 to 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 to 6:30 p.m.
- Sunday
- Boarding pick-up only, 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.
- Phones and front desk
- Mon to Fri 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Sat 8 to 5, Sun 4 to 6
Staff are on site around the clock whenever we have overnight guests. Closed Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day for drop-off and pick-up; boarders are cared for as usual.
Finding us
Huckleberry Lane runs east off North 19th Avenue, two blocks past the grocery store. We are the low blue building with the double fence. Park in any of the eight spots out front and keep dogs leashed from the car to the door; the lobby gate does the rest.
