Overnight boarding

Real rooms with raised cots, your food on your schedule, a person on site all night and a photo update every day.

How it works here

Boarding dogs sleep in their own rooms, not runs. Each room has a solid door with a window, a raised cot, a washable blanket and space for the bed you bring from home.

We feed your food on your schedule and give medications as your vet wrote them. If your dog skips a meal, we tell you that day, not at pick-up.

An attendant is awake on site all night, every night we have guests. They walk the hallway every two hours and log each room.

A boarding day and night

  1. 6:30 a.m.

Out to the yard for a potty walk, then breakfast in the room.

  2. 9:30 a.m.

Daycare play with their group, if you added it. Otherwise a sniff walk and quiet time.

  3. Midday

Rest, medications, and a photo for your daily update.

  4. 4:00 p.m.

Second walk or play block, then dinner.

  5. 8:30 p.m.

Last potty walk, a chew if you sent one, bedtime.

  6. 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

Lights out. Rounds every two hours, logged on each room's door card.

Questions about overnight boarding

Can I bring my dog's bed and toys?

Please do. Label everything. We skip stuffed toys for dogs who unstuff them, and we will send home anything chewed.

What if my dog gets sick during the stay?

We call you first, then your vet during their hours. After hours we drive to the 24-hour animal hospital about nine minutes away. A staff member stays with your dog.

Do boarding dogs have to do daycare?

No. Daycare play is an add-on. Dogs who skip it still get three walks and two outdoor sessions a day.
