Training sessions are not a fix for serious fear or aggression. If we see that, we will refer you to a veterinary behaviorist or a certified behavior consultant.

Package terms, in plain words

Daycare packs: Valid 12 months from purchase. Not refundable, but shareable between dogs in the same home.
Weekday membership: Unlimited Monday to Friday daycare, billed monthly. Cancel with 30 days' notice, no fee.
Boarding deposit: One night's fee, taken when you book and taken off your bill. Refundable up to 7 days before check-in (14 for holidays). After that it moves to another stay within 12 months.
Late pick-up: Boarding pick-up after 10 a.m. on the last day counts as a half day of daycare ($26). Daycare pick-up after 6:30 p.m. is $1 a minute, because a staff member stays with your dog.
Cancelling a daycare day: Cancel by 7 p.m. the night before and the day goes back on your pack. Later than that, it is used.

Holiday dates

Thanksgiving Wed Nov 25 to Sun Nov 29, 2026 3-night minimum. Booking is open now.
Winter holidays Fri Dec 18, 2026 to Sun Jan 3, 2027 3-night minimum. We usually fill by early December.

New-dog starter pack

5 daycare days for $150 (normally $190) when your dog's free temperament day is done by November 30, 2026. One pack per dog, valid until March 31, 2027.
