Five honest things about our cameras

Who can watch
Owners with a dog or cat here today get a private link at check-in. It turns off when they go home.

What you will not see
Rooms, condos, the grooming room and the kitchen. Cameras cover the shared play spaces only.

It is a few seconds behind
The feed runs 5 to 15 seconds behind real time. A dog who just left the frame is fine.

It sometimes drops
When our internet goes down, so do the cameras. We post a note at the top of the page when that happens.

We do not edit it
No highlight reels. What the camera sees is what you see, including the boring parts.

At drop-off we text a private link to the phone number on your file.

Open it on a phone or laptop. No app, no login, no extra fee.

It turns off at pick-up
The link stops working when your dog goes home, so old links never show other people's dogs.
Boarding dogs who are not in daycare play spend most of the day in rest and walks, so they are rarely on camera. That is why boarders also get a daily photo and note.
