Kennel cough can spread anywhere dogs meet, even with the vaccine, much like a cold at school. If a dog coughs at drop-off, they go home. If a cough starts here, we separate them and call you.

Yes. Oral medications are free. Injected medications like insulin are $5 a day. Bring meds in the original bottles with written instructions.

Packs are valid for 12 months from purchase. They are not refundable, but they can be shared between dogs in the same home.

Yes, one night's fee, which comes off your bill. It is refundable up to 7 days before check-in, or 14 days for holiday stays. After that it can move to another stay within 12 months.
