Most of our catering is simple: a box of coffee and a box of pastries, ready when you walk in. Order by 2 p.m. the day before and it will be on the shelf at your cafe.
Bigger mornings, like a team breakfast for 30, need 48 hours so the kitchen can plan the bake. We deliver in central Victoria for $15, free on orders over $200.
Every traveler comes with cups, lids, milk, oat milk, sugar and stir sticks. Tell us about allergies when you order and we'll label every item.

Date, time, how many people and any allergies. The form below takes about a minute.

Within one business day, with a total that includes GST and delivery if you need it.

Ready on the shelf at your cafe, or delivered 15 minutes before your start time.

Rule of thumb
How much to order
One traveler and one dozen pastries for every 10 people. Add a decaf traveler once you pass 20.

Pickup cafes
Catering is ready on the shelf at Fernwood, Cook Street Village or James Bay. Breakfast spreads are made at Fernwood and picked up there or delivered.
Prices include cups, lids, napkins and milk. GST is added at checkout.

All questionsHow much notice do you need?
By 2 p.m. the day before for travelers and pastry boxes. For breakfast spreads or anything over 25 people, 48 hours. If it's short notice, call your cafe and we'll do what we can.
Do you deliver?
Yes, in central Victoria, Oak Bay and Saanich East, for $15. Delivery is free on orders over $200. Further out, we'll quote it.
Can you handle allergies?
We label every item with its ingredients and keep vegan and nut-free items in their own box. Our kitchen handles nuts, wheat and dairy, so we can't promise zero traces.
