Roast day
Monday and Thursday mornings. The Fernwood room smells like it.
Whole-bean coffee
Roasted in small batches at Fernwood on Mondays and Thursdays. Every bag has the roast date printed on it.
Our roasting room is behind the Fernwood counter. Nadia roasts twelve-kilo batches twice a week, so the bags on our shelves are rarely more than ten days old.
Every coffee comes with plain tasting notes and a suggested brew method. We'll grind it for you, free, for anything from espresso to French press. Whole beans stay fresh longer, though, so grind at home if you can.
Bean Club members get a bag every two or four weeks at 10% off. Pick it up at your cafe, or get it delivered free on Wednesdays in central Victoria.
