Phone first.
Email if it’s long.
For reservations, classes, and anything time-sensitive — call. Email gets read twice a day, morning and evening. The door opens at 7:30 Tuesday through Sunday; if you can come in person, that’s the easiest path.

Walk in, say hi
Mondays we're closed. Tuesdays through Sunday we're here. Walk in. We'll point at the chalkboard.
Access.
The bakery is small. Below: exactly what we’ve done, what we still can’t do, what to ask for. If something we haven’t covered would help — call. We adjust easily.
- WheelchairMission Street has a single step at the front; ask for the side door — Helena or whoever's on the floor will open it. Polk is fully step-free.
- BathroomBoth stores have ADA-compliant single-stall bathrooms.
- Service animalsWelcome at both. We have a small water bowl by the door at Mission.
- HearingThe grinder runs loud during peak. We can take written orders if it helps; pen + paper at the counter.
- VisualThe chalkboard reads small. Ask any of us; we'll talk you through what's on the board today.
- MobilityBoth stores have window-counter seating that's lower; the communal tables at Polk are at standard height.
