Cake decorating
We don't write on cakes, pipe celebrations, or do tiered cakes. We do whole loaves and whole pastries; that's it.
Gluten-free pastry
We don't run a gluten-free line. Cross-contamination is real — for celiac safety we recommend Mariposa Bakery up the street.
Reservations for pastry
Pastries aren't held — they sell at the rate they sell. Bread we'll hold by phone if you call by 4 pm the day before.
