Croissant + frangipane + whatever fruit is in season. Plum + apricot summer; pear + apple fall; orange + cranberry winter.

House-cured ham + Comté cheese in a butter croissant. Most-popular savory pastry. Daily.
Cardamom morning buns — $5
Yeasted dough rolled with brown butter + cardamom + brown sugar. Twice-glazed. Daily; sells out by midday.
Seasonal galettes — $7-8
Free-form fruit galettes. Whatever stone fruit, berries, or pome fruits are in peak season. Rotating; rarely repeated.
Danishes + cinnamon rolls

Sourced + brewed

Sightglass single-origin. Pulled by trained baristas; no automatic machines. Cortado + macchiato + flat white available.

Daily rotating Sightglass single-origin. Pour-over option for select beans (+$1).
Cold brew — $5
16oz. Cold-brewed overnight; smooth + low-acid. Fair-trade single-origin. Available milky or black.
Specialty drinks
Cardamom latte, lavender honey, brown butter latte, cinnamon roll-style drink. Rotating; some seasonal. $5-6.
Milk options
Strauss whole milk + half-and-half, oat milk (Califia), soy milk, almond milk, coconut milk. No charge for dairy alternatives.
Tea + chocolate
Loose-leaf tea by Equator Coffee. Hot chocolate from Dandelion Chocolate. Limited but well-curated.
Sandwiches + tartines

Daily lunch

Daily sandwich — $14
Changes daily based on what’s in season + at peak. Mostly 4-5 ingredients. Recent: butter lettuce + radish + butter; tomato + ricotta; pastrami + Russian dressing on rye.
Tartine — $9
Open-faced toast. Same daily-changing approach as sandwich but cleaner format. On country bread or whole wheat.
Avocado tartine — $11
Specific tartine that’s on the menu daily. Avocado, lemon, sea salt, sometimes peppers or seeds. Simple but durable.
Soup of the day — $6
1-2 daily soups. Vegetarian or with chicken. Made fresh each morning; usually sells out by 1pm.
Sides + accompaniments
Pickles, kraut, olives, cured anchovies, butter board, marinated vegetables. $3-6 each.

What's in the bakery

  • Limited. Some pastries (specific almond cake) are gluten-free; clearly labeled. Bread is wheat-based + made in shared kitchen; cross-contamination is significant. Severe gluten allergies: not safe in our space.
