Average from 260+ reviews · Read them

"I was so nervous I almost turned around at the door. Tom remembered my name on week one and never made me feel slow. Four weeks later I booked my first regular class on my own."
Hannah L. Beginner series · September 2026
"I have tried hot yoga at three studios. This is the only one where the room feels warm but not stuffy, and where teachers actually say it's fine to sit down."
Marc-André B. Hot yoga · August 2026
"Priya's prenatal class got me through my third trimester. Practical, kind, and the chat at the end was half the reason I came."
Sadia K. Prenatal · September 2026
"I came back to yoga after a hip replacement. June had a chair, two bolsters and a plan before I even put my mat down."
Ruth M. Restorative · June 2026
"The three-week intro is a real deal, and nobody pushed me to sign up. I joined anyway, because by week two I was coming four times a week."
Jess P. Intro offer · August 2026
"I like that every class on the schedule says the level and the temperature. I never walk into something I'm not ready for."
Lina C. Beginner · July 2026

Frequently asked questions

I have never done yoga. Which class should I take?

Anything marked Beginner on the schedule: Basics, Slow Flow, Restorative or the Start Here series. All levels classes also welcome new students; they just move a little quicker.

What should I bring?

Water and comfortable clothes you can move in. Mats and towels are free during your intro. For heated classes, add a large towel and a full water bottle.

Who should skip heated classes?

Anyone pregnant, anyone with a heart condition or very high or low blood pressure, and anyone who feels unwell that day. If you take medicine that affects how you handle heat, ask your doctor first.

I have an injury. Can I still come?

Usually, yes. Tell your teacher before class and they will give you options. For a new or serious injury, please see a health professional first. We are yoga teachers, not physiotherapists.

How does the intro offer work?

From $49, you get 21 days of unlimited classes in every style, with free mat and towel rental. It starts on your first class, not the day you buy it.
