Twenty-one days of every class we teach, hot and unheated, plus a free mat and towel each visit. It is the easiest way to find out which classes and teachers fit you.

How the price ranges work
- Membership ranges: the lower price is with a 6-month commitment, the higher price is month-to-month. Both include the same classes.
- Students and anyone 65+ get 15% off memberships and class packs. Just show ID once at the desk.
- Prices are in Canadian dollars, plus HST. Hot classes cost the same as every other class.

Cancel up to 8 hours before
Cancel in the app or online. Later than that, a pack or monthly class is used, and unlimited members pay a $10 late fee.

Waitlists move on their own
If someone cancels, the next person on the waitlist is booked and gets a text. Nobody has to call.

Pause when life happens
Members can pause up to 2 months a year for travel, injury or a new baby. No fee, no forms beyond an email.

Cancel with 30 days' notice
Month-to-month memberships end 30 days after you ask. A 6-month plan becomes month-to-month when it ends.
