Our promise

Things we never do

Plenty of people come to us after a bad experience somewhere else. These are the lines we don't cross.

  • Sell prepaid 12-month or 50-visit packages
  • Take X-rays on everyone "just in case"
  • Push a neck adjustment you didn't agree to
  • Charge for a visit after we've referred you elsewhere
  • Book you forever. Every plan has an end point.

Ways to pay

  • Health insurance

We file the claim. You pay your co-pay or what's left after your deductible.

  • Auto PIP

Billed to your auto insurer after a crash. We explain any balance in writing.

  • HSA, FSA, and cards

All major cards, plus HSA and FSA cards for every visit and pack.
