Sound familiar?
What people tell us at the first visit

- Pain that spreads toward your shoulder blade
- Waking up with a stiff neck more than once a week
What care involves
Four steps, explained as we go
-
Step 01
Find the pattern
We check how your neck moves, test the nerves that run to your arms, and screen for warning signs before any treatment.
-
Step 02
Gentle care first
Mobilization, soft-tissue work, and upper back adjustments. A neck adjustment is always optional, and we explain it before we offer it.
-
Step 03
Desk and sleep fixes
Simple changes to screen height, pillow, and breaks that take pressure off your neck during the day and night.
-
Step 04
Track the headaches
A one-page headache diary shows both of us whether visits are making a real difference.
What to expect
How long it usually takes
3 to 6 visits
1 to 2 visits a week, then spaced out
Neck pain often eases first. Headaches can take a few more weeks to settle, which is why we use the diary.
Straight talk
About neck adjustments
Neck adjustments are optional. Serious problems after them are rare, but we screen you first, talk through the risks in plain words, and offer gentler options that many people prefer.
When we refer you out
Signs you need a doctor first
We screen for these at every first visit. If one shows up, we stop and help you get the right care, and you only pay for that first visit.
- A sudden, severe headache, the worst of your life: call 911
- Headache with fever and a stiff neck, confusion, or vision changes
- New numbness, weakness, trouble speaking, or dizziness
- Neck pain after a car crash or fall, until we or the ER clear it
Cost
Prices, up front
Most health plans cover chiropractic care for neck pain. Headache visits are covered when they're tied to a neck problem we find on exam.
- New patient visit $79 45 minutes: history, exam, plan, and first treatment if it's right for you.
- Follow-up visit $60 About 20 minutes: re-check, adjustment, and soft-tissue work.
- Extended visit $85 About 35 minutes. Adds hands-on rehab coaching.
Is a neck adjustment safe?
For most people, serious problems are rare. We screen for warning signs first, explain the risks, and only adjust your neck if you agree. Many people get relief with gentler options alone.
Can you help with migraines?
We help with neck-related and tension headaches. Migraine is a medical condition, so we work alongside your doctor, not instead of them. Some people with migraine find neck care helps, and some don't.
What pillow should I buy?
One that keeps your neck level with the rest of your spine while you sleep. We'll check your sleep position and give you a simple test to try at home before you spend money.
Ready to talk about your pain?
Your first visit is 45 minutes and $79 for self-pay new patients. You'll leave with a plan you understand, or a referral if we're not the right fit.
