What care involves
Four steps, explained as we go
-
Step 01
Check in with your care team
We ask about your pregnancy and anything your OB or midwife has flagged. With your OK, we share our notes with them.
-
Step 02
Comfortable positions
A table with a belly cut-out, side-lying work, and plenty of pillows. No lying flat on your stomach, ever.
-
Step 03
Gentle techniques
Low-force adjustments, including the Webster technique for the pelvis, plus soft-tissue work for the hips and low back.
-
Step 04
Moves for home
Simple stretches and positions for sleeping, walking, and getting in and out of the car.

What we don't claim
We don't claim to turn breech babies or change how labor goes. We help with your pain and comfort. Your OB or midwife looks after the baby's position and your birth plan.

- A severe headache, vision changes, or sudden swelling of your hands or face
- Pain or swelling in one calf
- Pelvic pain with a fever

Is chiropractic safe during pregnancy?
Gentle chiropractic care is commonly used during pregnancy. We adapt every technique, avoid pressure on your belly, and check with your OB or midwife if anything in your history needs a second look.
Can you turn a breech baby?
No. We don't claim to turn babies. We can help ease pelvic and back pain, and your OB or midwife manages the baby's position.
When can I come back after birth?
Most people start gentle care a few weeks after birth, once their OB or midwife says they're ready. Babies are welcome in the room.
Ready to talk about your pain?
Your first visit is 45 minutes and $79 for self-pay new patients. You'll leave with a plan you understand, or a referral if we're not the right fit.
