Overview

Overview

Our forms ask for your pronouns and your partner's role, not "husband" and "wife." Our team trains every year on inclusive care. And our doctors build plans for LGBTQ+ families every week, so you will not be the first family like yours we have helped.

For two-mom families, options include donor IUI or reciprocal IVF, where one partner's eggs are used and the other partner carries the pregnancy. For two-dad families, we coordinate IVF with donor eggs and a gestational carrier. For trans and nonbinary patients, we offer egg and sperm freezing before or during transition.

Questions

People often ask us

Can both of us be involved in the pregnancy?

Yes. With reciprocal IVF, one partner provides the eggs and the other carries the pregnancy. Many two-mom families choose it for that reason.

Do you work with gestational carrier agencies?

Yes. We work alongside the agency you choose, handle the medical screening and IVF, and coordinate every date with your carrier.

Can I freeze eggs or sperm before starting hormones?

Yes. We can often schedule quickly, and we talk through how timing fits with your care team's plan.
