"I saw Dr. Brooks and Noor through my whole pregnancy. Every question got a real answer, even the ones I asked twice. When I called the on-call line at 2 a.m., someone who knew my chart called back in minutes."
Danielle R. · Prenatal care
-
"Dr. Marsh was the first doctor who didn't tell me this was just part of getting older. She laid out my options on one sheet of paper and let me take it home to think. I left feeling listened to."
Margaret T. · Menopause care
-
"I was nervous about an IUD. Kate talked me through pain relief before the visit and checked my insurance ahead of time, so there were no surprises. It took about fifteen minutes."
Priya S. · Birth control
FAQ
Answers to your questions
Still wondering about something? Our front desk is happy to help.
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes. All six of our clinicians are accepting new patients at both offices, for pregnancy care, gynecology and menopause care. You can book online or call.
Do I need a referral to see you?
No referral is needed from us. A few insurance plans require one from your primary care clinician. We check this when you book and tell you if you need it.
What insurance do you take?
Most commercial and Marketplace plans, Virginia Medicaid plans, TRICARE, and Medicare for gynecology and menopause care. Our insurance page lists the details and our self-pay prices.
How long is a first visit?
About 30 minutes for an annual exam, 40 minutes for menopause care and 45 minutes for a first prenatal visit. Please arrive 15 minutes early, or fill in your forms online beforehand.
Which hospital do you deliver at?
Our physicians and nurse-midwife deliver at the birth center at Willowmere Medical Center, about 12 minutes from our West End office. One of our own clinicians is always on call there.
What if I need help after hours?
If you are pregnant or recently had surgery with us, call our on-call line at (804) 555-0139 any time. For other questions, send a portal message or call during office hours. For an emergency, call 911.
