New patients
New patients, welcome to Hollin.
We are accepting new patients for pregnancy care, gynecology and menopause care at both offices. No referral is needed from us. Here is everything you need for a calm first visit.
- Book online in about two minutes
- Forms at home, on your phone
- Benefits checked before you come
Four steps
Becoming a patient is simple
-
Book your visit
Online in five short steps, or by phone. Tell us what the visit is for and we match you with the right clinician.
-
Fill in forms at home
We text you a link to your patient portal. Health history, medicines and a records release take about ten minutes.
-
We check your benefits
Our team checks your insurance before the visit and calls you if anything will cost more than your usual copay.
-
Your first visit
Arrive ten minutes early. Your visit starts with a conversation, with you dressed and seated.
Before you come
What to bring
- Photo ID and your insurance card
- A list of your medicines and supplements, with doses
- Dates of your last period and last Pap test, if you know them
- Records from a previous OB/GYN, if you have them handy
- Your questions, written down so you don't forget

What happens at a first visit
-
Annual exam
About 30 minutes
We talk first, then do only the screening you are due for. A pelvic exam happens only when it is needed, and only with your OK.

Our promises
Care that feels safe and respectful
-
A chaperone, any time
A trained staff member can join any exam. Just ask, at booking or in the room.
-
Your name and pronouns
Our forms ask, and our whole team uses them. That includes the front desk.
-
Language help
Spanish, Arabic and Urdu spoken on our team, and a phone interpreter for any other language, at no cost.
-
Step-free access
Both offices have step-free entrances, accessible exam tables and accessible restrooms.
Transferring mid-pregnancy?
We welcome transfers, usually up to about 34 weeks. Book a first prenatal visit, sign the records release in your forms, and we ask your current office for everything before you arrive.
Moving your records to us
Sign the release in your new patient forms and we handle the request. Questions about records? Call (804) 555-0136 or fax (804) 555-0137.
