How we handle it
Water does more damage per minute than almost anything else that can go wrong in a house. Burst-pipe calls jump the queue: the nearest truck diverts, and the first five minutes on site are triage — main off, lines drained, damage stopped — before we even talk about the repair. Then you get a firm flat-rate quote for the permanent fix, not a patch and a shrug.
