Water heaters
Repair first, replace when the math says so — installed same day.
While the truck is rolling
Tank leaking? Close the cold-water valve on top of the tank and, for gas units, turn the gas control to OFF. Then call — the emergency response fee is credited toward the fix. Full shutoff walkthroughs live on the emergency page.
How we handle it
A failed water heater is a same-day problem: no hot water, or forty gallons of it on your garage floor. We stock 40- and 50-gallon tanks on the trucks, so a morning failure is usually a hot shower by dinner. And we quote repair and replacement side by side — if a $200 thermostat buys your tank three more years, that's the option we lead with, not the $2,000 one.
Flat-rate price book
Ranges cover access and parts differences; the firm number is written at your door before work starts. The $79 dispatch & diagnosis fee is credited toward any of these.
