How we handle it
When an arctic blast hits the metro, furnace failures spike overnight — so our on-call rotation doubles in winter. Most no-heat calls end inside the diagnostic flat rate: igniters, flame sensors, pressure switches, condensate blocks. When a heat exchanger is cracked or a repair stops making sense, you get the replacement math in writing — with the repair price beside it so the comparison is honest.
