Lead capture pattern, built

An instant quote form priced by vehicle type.

Detailers already price by vehicle size and condition. This pattern turns a few taps, sedan or truck, light dirt or heavy, into an on-screen number, then texts the finished lead to the phone that is already on the job.

  • A one-time build cost, starting at $1,500
  • $0 setup, no monthly booking software fee
  • 30-day guarantee: it flops, you owe nothing

How the form works

Vehicle, condition, package, one text.

The questions it asks

The visitor picks a vehicle class with chips, sedan, SUV, truck, or van, then flags condition honestly: light, moderate, or heavy. A package choice follows, interior only, exterior only, or full detail, plus whether they need mobile service or plan to drop the vehicle off.

The logic behind the number

A base rate by size class adjusts up for condition and package. A truck with heavy pet hair costs more time than the same truck lightly dusty, and the form's math reflects that instead of quoting every vehicle in a size class the same.

Where the lead goes

A finished quote sends the vehicle type, condition, and package straight to a text on the detailer's phone, the same phone that is usually already parked next to the job. There is no separate app to check between vehicles.

What happens when nobody picks up

An automatic follow-up text goes out if the lead sits unanswered, since a detailer mid-job on someone else's car cannot stop to reply right away. The fallback carries the weight that a live answer would in a slower-paced trade.

Why vehicle type works as the pricing unit

It matches how detailers already quote

Vehicle size class is the unit detailers already use over the phone. Putting the same size chips on screen, instead of asking someone to describe their car in a text box, keeps the estimate close to what a real conversation would produce.

It protects against an honest condition gap

A self-reported heavy condition chip, for a truck full of dog hair or years of ground-in dirt, keeps the detailer from committing to a light-condition price on a job that will run long once they see it in person.

It asks about access, not just the vehicle

Mobile detailing depends on water and power access at the vehicle's location, which a form should ask about directly rather than assume. A driveway with a hose is a different job than a downtown parking garage.

It fits a seasonal demand pattern

Detailing demand climbs after winter road salt clears in the spring, and again ahead of a private vehicle sale when a clean interior and exterior can matter to a buyer. The form keeps working through both spikes without any change.

How we build this into your site

01

We learn your real size classes and condition rules

We work from your actual pricing: what counts as a sedan versus an SUV in your book, how much a heavy-condition flag adds, and what mobile service actually requires on site.

02

We build and test the form

The estimator ships as a real page on your new site, tested on a phone first, since most of these quotes get filled out standing next to the vehicle in a driveway or a lot.

03

We connect the notification and the fallback

The finished quote reaches the phone your team already carries between jobs, and we set the no-answer follow-up so a detailer elbow-deep in one car does not lose the next one.
