What we build
Real Google Ads work for multi-location accounts.
Geo-fenced campaign structure
A separate campaign (or tight cluster) per location, with its own radius or postal-code targeting, local ad copy, and landing page, so a search near one branch never gets served by another location's ad or service area.
Budget allocation by location performance
Ongoing reallocation of spend toward the locations actually converting, based on real conversion data rather than an even split that quietly starves your best locations to prop up your weakest.
Location extensions & store-visit tracking
Every location linked to its own Google Business Profile through location extensions, plus call tracking and store-visit conversion tracking where available, so results get credited to the location and campaign that earned them.
Central governance, local relevance
One strategy, one senior team, one set of brand and approval standards, with ad copy, promotions, and landing pages localized per location or region so a hundred locations don't turn into a hundred off-brand accounts.
Built for accounts running many locations at once.
Flat, transparent fee
10% of your monthly ad budget, $600/month minimum, written into your agreement as a flat monthly fee. $30,000/month in spend is a $3,000/month fee, full stop, not a number that shifts with your results.
No contracts, 30-day guarantee
Month-to-month, always. If your first 30 days don't show real work and real results, that month is free.
Senior Canadian team
Toronto and North Vancouver offices, Google Partner. One senior specialist accountable across every location, not a junior spread thin managing dozens of accounts.
You own the account, every location
Campaigns live in your Google Ads account from day one, across every location. If you ever leave, you keep the account, the history, and the data, with nothing to fight to get out.
Multi-location Google Ads, step by step.
01
Location & budget audit
We review your current campaign structure, spend by location, conversion tracking, and Google Business Profiles across every address, and flag where budget is being wasted on the wrong service areas.
02
Build geo-fenced campaigns per location
Location-specific campaigns and ad groups, radius or postal-code targeting, location extensions, and localized ad copy and landing pages, so each location competes for its own real searches.
03
Optimize allocation, report centrally and locally
Budget keeps shifting toward what's converting, with reporting that rolls up to one executive view and breaks down to every individual location underneath it.
Built to pass procurement.
The ownership and process questions a multi-location operator asks before signing, answered up front.
You own your Google Ads account
Campaigns are built in your business's own Google Ads account, or we work inside it with admin access if it already exists. We never build in an agency-owned account you'd have to fight to get out of.
You own GA4, GTM, and every byte of data
Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager live in your account. Every conversion, call, and store-visit event across every location is yours to export at any time.
Clean handoff if we part ways
Month-to-month makes it real: if you leave, you keep every location's campaigns, history, and conversion data, with no lockout and no re-signup fee.
Named senior specialist, not a rotating junior
Your account is run by a senior specialist you'll know by name and can reach directly, not rotated among junior staff learning on your budget.
A real escalation path
A documented contact above your account lead for anything time-sensitive, so a launch-week issue doesn't sit in a ticket queue.
Reporting cadence, including executive summaries
Monthly reporting as standard, with an executive summary built for a CMO or ops leader who doesn't need platform-level detail, plus live dashboard access anytime.
Central and per-location reporting
One rollup view of total spend and results, and a breakdown by individual location, so you can see which branch, clinic, or store is actually carrying the budget.
CRM & offline attribution
We connect Google Ads data to your CRM or call-tracking platform so a lead that closes offline, a call, a store visit, a booked appointment, gets credited back to the campaign and location that produced it.
Brand governance & approval workflows
Ad copy, promotions, and creative move through an approval step you control, so many locations don't mean many off-brand ads.
Dev, staging, and QA for landing pages
Any location or campaign landing pages we build move through a staging environment and a QA pass before going live, never edited directly on your production site.
Security & accessibility as standard
Access is granted with least-privilege roles and two-factor login required. Landing pages we build follow WCAG accessibility guidelines as standard, not as an add-on.
Vendor & procurement documentation on request
W-9/W-8, insurance certificates, security questionnaires, and standard vendor paperwork are handled on request for your procurement team.
Multi-location Google Ads FAQ.
Our fee is 10% of your monthly ad budget, with a $600/month minimum, written into your agreement as a flat monthly fee, not a percentage that moves around. A few real examples: $10,000/month in ad spend is a $1,000/month fee, $30,000/month is $3,000/month, and $50,000/month is $5,000/month. Your ad budget goes to Google in full; we don't mark it up. At large scale, ask us about custom pricing. There's $0 setup and no long-term contract.
Ask four things. First, do they build a separate geo-fenced campaign per location, or one blended campaign covering everywhere (blended campaigns waste spend showing your Toronto location's ad to someone searching near your Calgary one). Second, how do they move budget between locations, and how often. Third, do they set up location extensions and store-visit or call tracking so you can see which location actually converts. Fourth, who's named to your account. If an agency can't answer the first question with specifics, they haven't run a real multi-location account.
Instead of one campaign trying to serve every location, each location (or tight cluster of nearby locations) gets its own campaign with its own radius or postal-code targeting, its own local ad copy, and its own landing page. That keeps a search near your Ottawa branch from showing an ad or landing page written for your Halifax one, and it lets us see and control performance location by location instead of guessing from a blended average.
We don't split the budget evenly across locations by default, since an even split usually starves your best-performing locations to prop up your weakest ones. We track conversion data per location, whether that's leads, calls, bookings, or store visits, and shift budget toward what's actually converting on a regular cadence. Underperforming locations get diagnosed (wrong targeting, a weak landing page, a service area that's too broad) before we just cut their spend.
Yes. Each location gets its own location extension linked to its own Google Business Profile, so ads can show the right address, hours, and directions for the location closest to the searcher. Where it's available for your account, we also set up store-visit conversion tracking alongside call tracking, so in-person and phone results are attributed back to the right location and campaign instead of disappearing after the click.
Campaigns can start driving clicks and calls almost immediately since it's paid placement, but honest results take longer: it typically takes 60–90 days of real location-level data before budget allocation and bidding are fully optimized across all your locations, and 3–4 months before you see the full effect of that optimization on cost per lead. We won't promise a specific ranking or result; we will show you the location-by-location data as it comes in.
