What we build
Real marketing work for multi-location brands.
Per-location local SEO & GBP management
Bulk Google Business Profile management across every address: categories, hours, photos, posts, and review responses kept current, plus cleanup of duplicate or suspended listings that quietly cost you the map pack.
Location page architecture
A dedicated, indexable page per address, not a locations directory. Unique content, embedded map, local schema, and hours and staff specific to that site, built to match “[service] near me” and neighborhood searches.
Centrally structured Google Ads
Accounts and campaigns organized by location or region so budget pacing is managed centrally, with per-store or per-region budgets instead of forty scattered, self-managed accounts.
Central + per-location reporting
A rollup dashboard for HQ and marketing leadership, plus a location-level view your regional managers can actually act on, instead of one blended number that hides who's underperforming.
Built for governance across every location.
Brand governance, not just growth
Locked templates and an approval workflow so forty different location managers can't each redesign the page or go off-brand.
Flat, budget-based Google Ads fee
10% of monthly ad spend, written as a flat fee into your agreement, $600/month minimum. At $30,000/month across your footprint, that's $3,000/month flat, however many locations it's split across.
SEO pricing that scales with your footprint
$50 per page per month, 10-page minimum. A multi-location footprint with location and service pages typically runs 30-60 pages.
Senior Canadian team, one point of accountability
Toronto and North Vancouver offices, Google Partner. Named specialists on your account, not offshore churn or handoffs between locations.
How we run a multi-location account.
01
Location & account audit
We inventory every Google Business Profile, location page, and ad account across your footprint to find duplicates, suspensions, orphaned listings, and inconsistent name/address/phone data.
02
Build the governance layer and location pages
Brand-approved templates and an approval workflow go in first, then per-location pages built to rank in their own neighborhood, with every Google Business Profile corrected and verified location by location.
03
Run centrally, report both ways
Campaigns and SEO run under one accountable team, with a rollup view for HQ and a location-level view your regional managers or franchisees can use to see what's working near them.
Built to pass procurement.
The ownership, governance, and reporting questions your team asks before signing, answered upfront.
You own your Google Ads account
Created and titled in your name from day one. We're added as a manager, never the owner.
You own GA4, GTM, and every byte of data
Analytics and tag manager properties live under your Google account. We configure them; you keep them.
Clean handoff if we ever part ways
Month-to-month has to earn its keep every month. If you leave, you keep your ad accounts, analytics, location pages, and rankings intact.
Named senior specialists on your account
Not a rotating pool of juniors. You know who's running your campaigns and SEO, and who to call.
A clear escalation path
A direct line to your account lead, with a documented path up if something needs faster attention than the usual cadence.
Reporting built for executives, not just marketers
Regular reporting includes an executive summary a marketing director or ops lead can skim, not just a raw metrics export.
Central and per-location reporting
One rollup view for HQ, and a location-level view your regional managers or franchisees can act on individually.
CRM and offline attribution
We connect ad and SEO data to your CRM or booking system so leads get tracked through to actual bookings and sales, not just form fills.
Brand governance and approval workflows
Locked templates and a review step before anything goes live across your locations, so no single manager can quietly go off-brand.
Dev, staging, and QA before your live site
Location page builds and site changes are reviewed on staging first. Nothing touches your live site untested.
Security and accessibility built in
WCAG-aware builds and standard security practices, including SSL and access controls, on every site we touch.
Vendor and procurement documentation on request
Standard agency paperwork, insurance and business documentation, and security questionnaires provided when your procurement process needs them.
Multi-location marketing FAQ.
Google Ads management is 10% of your monthly ad budget, $600/month minimum, written into your agreement as a flat monthly fee, not a percentage that moves every time your budget does. At $10,000/month in ad spend that's $1,000/month; at $30,000/month it's $3,000/month; at $50,000/month it's $5,000/month. Your ad budget goes to Google in full, we don't mark it up, and custom pricing applies at large scale. SEO for location pages is $50 per page per month with a 10-page minimum, so $500/month to start; most multi-location programs need a page per location plus service pages, so 30-60 pages is typical, running $1,500-$3,000/month. A custom location-page build or full site rebuild is one-time, $1,500-$20,000+. There's $0 setup and everything is month-to-month.
Ask about governance first: can they build twenty-plus near-identical location pages without them reading as duplicate content, do they have a real brand-approval workflow so a regional manager can't quietly go off-template, and will they hand you clean ownership of every ad account and analytics property if you ever leave? Then ask about reporting: a single blended dashboard hides which locations are underperforming, so you need both a central rollup and a per-location view. An agency that's only ever run single-location SEO will underestimate how much of this work is structural, not just creative.
A dedicated, indexable page per location, not a directory that just lists pins on a map. A directory page rarely ranks for “near me” searches in any single neighborhood. Each location page gets its own content, embedded map, local business schema, and hours and staff specific to that address, which is what actually competes in that location's map pack and local results.
Every page shares a structure, not shared text. Local landmarks, that location's specific services, hours, staff, and honest customer proof where it exists all vary page to page, along with localized titles and meta descriptions. Google indexes each one as a distinct page tied to a distinct address and phone number, not a copy of the same page with the city swapped out.
Yes, it's one of the most common issues we find during a multi-location audit: duplicate listings from a rebrand or address change, a suspended profile nobody noticed, or a location a former employee or franchisee claimed under their own login. We audit every listing, merge or remove duplicates, verify ownership, and rebuild anything suspended.
Rankings typically start moving in 3-4 months, and meaningful lead increases in 6-8 months. Per-location timelines vary, since a newer address with fewer reviews starts further behind than your flagship location, so we usually stage a rollout in waves rather than launching every location identically on day one.
