On-Page SEO
Point your own site's authority at the pages that make money.

What we do
The concrete work behind a rebuilt link path.
Find every orphan page
We crawl the site to find pages with no internal links pointing to them at all, which rarely rank no matter how strong the content on them is, since search engines struggle to find and revisit a page nothing links to. We also measure click depth, how many clicks it takes to reach a page from the homepage, since a page buried five or six clicks deep gets crawled far less often than one near the surface.
Trace where link authority actually flows today
We map which pages currently receive the most internal links, usually the homepage and a handful of popular posts, and identify exactly where that authority dead-ends instead of reaching your service or location pages.
Add links from strong pages to revenue pages
New internal links get added from the site's highest-authority pages down to the specific service and location pages that drive real business, closing the gap the audit found. Where a breadcrumb trail or a category page already exists, we make sure it actually links down to every child page instead of just the ones that happened to get added first.
Replace generic anchor text with descriptive text
Links reading 'click here' or 'learn more' get replaced with anchor text that describes the destination page, which helps both a visitor and a search engine understand what's on the other end of the link.
How this engagement is scoped
Prerequisites and access
We need to run a full crawl of the site, which we can do ourselves, and CMS access to add or edit the links the crawl and audit turn up.
What's delivered
A documented map of where links were added and why, plus the links themselves, live on the site and pointing where the audit said they should. We also flag any page still sitting more clicks from the homepage than it should, even after this round, so it's on record for the next one.
The acceptance test
A follow-up crawl shows zero orphan pages among the set we scoped together, and the target revenue pages show new, working internal links pointing to them.
Out of scope
Building brand-new pages to link from, external backlink building, and ongoing maintenance as new pages get published are not part of this job unless they're added to the scope. Deciding whether a page should exist at all, versus being merged or removed, is covered by our content pruning job instead.
How the engagement runs
01
Crawl and map current link flow
We crawl the site, find the orphan and under-linked pages, and see where existing link authority currently flows and where it stops.
02
Add the missing links
We build the new internal links from high-authority pages to the pages that matter most, with anchor text that actually describes the destination.
03
Recrawl and confirm
We run the crawl again to confirm the orphan pages we targeted now have working links pointing to them.
Internal linking overhaul FAQ
Site size, and how many pages the crawl turns up as orphaned or under-linked, both change what this runs, so the actual figure goes into your free proposal instead of onto this page. It's with you inside a single business day, nothing charged to begin.
It's a page no other page on the site links to, so it's hard for both visitors and search engines to find on their own. We'll tell you exactly how many, and which ones, once we've run the crawl.
Yes. We document a simple linking rule, such as always linking a new service page from its parent category page, so the same problem doesn't quietly reappear the next time content gets published.
Only partly. Fixing links helps authority flow correctly, but two pages actively competing for the same query is a separate problem best handled by our content pruning and consolidation job.
It depends entirely on site size and how the content grew over time. A small site might need a dozen new links; a large one can involve hundreds. We'll give you a real number once the crawl is done, along with which pages are the highest priority to fix first.
