Calendly to Google Ads

Calendly bookings, reported back to Google Ads.

Calendly tracks a meeting scheduled, not a meeting held. We close that gap so Google Ads learns from calls that actually happened, not every slot that got booked and then no showed.

  • 10% of ad budget, $600 a month minimum
  • No contracts, month to month
  • 30 day guarantee on the first month

The workflow

What connects a Calendly booking to a Google Ads bid.

The identity match

A hidden field on your Calendly booking page saves the click identifier when someone books from a Google ad. We match on that where it is fresh, falling back to a hashed email once the window has passed, which is common for a call booked a week or two out.

Where the data enters

Calendly publishes documented webhooks that fire when an event is booked, cancelled, or rescheduled. We connect that webhook, directly or through a tool like Zapier or Make, into a system that can later confirm whether the call actually happened, rather than assuming the webhook alone tells the full story.

The gap Calendly leaves open

Calendly itself has no reliable way to know whether a booked call was actually held. That disposition has to come from wherever your team logs the outcome, a CRM field, a spreadsheet, or a short follow up form, and someone on your team has to actually fill it in for the loop to close.

The trigger that matters

We trigger the Google Ads conversion on the call being marked as held, not on the booking itself, so a wave of no shows does not quietly tell your account that its worst leads are its best ones.

What we check before a sales team trusts this.

No shows excluded, not averaged in

A booked call that never happens tells you nothing about whether the ad worked. We keep no shows out of the conversion count entirely, rather than counting them as a lesser but still real result, since a lead who never picks up the phone is not a lead your ad account should be rewarded for.

Built for however you already track outcomes

Some teams log call outcomes in a CRM, others in a spreadsheet. We connect to whichever your team already uses, rather than asking you to adopt a new tool just for this.

Rescheduled calls handled cleanly

A call moved to a new time should not create a second, duplicate conversion. We build the trigger around the outcome of the final scheduled time, not every version of the booking, so a single lead cannot accidentally count twice in your Google Ads reporting.

Re-tested after Calendly updates

Calendly's webhook and booking page features move on their own schedule, not ours. The moment something shifts, bookings get sent through the pipeline again, rather than waiting for a gap in your reporting to reveal the problem.

How we build it.

01

Audit how you track call outcomes

We start by checking whether your team already logs held versus no show calls somewhere, and whether your Calendly booking page is currently capturing the click identifier at all.

02

Build and test the feed

The webhook comes next: wired up, pointed at wherever call outcomes get logged, and proven against real held calls until the conversion lands correctly inside Google Ads every time.

03

Hand off a plain record

Your team keeps a copy showing which outcome counts and exactly where the held versus no show data comes from, something to check without calling us.
