The field map
We trigger on a first-time patient's appointment being attended, where your clinic tracks attendance in Jane App, not merely booked. From there, GA4 receives only that a visit happened and, if you choose, its billed amount, nothing about why the patient came in.

We capture a GA4 client ID from your site at the moment someone starts the booking flow and carry it through to the Jane App record, so an appointment attended days later still ties back to the original session and the ad or keyword behind it.
Where the data enters
Jane App's developer platform is built for approved Technology Partners working through OAuth, covering appointments and patient events plus webhooks, and it is not a self-serve API any clinic can simply switch on. We confirm your clinic's actual access, often through an existing partner integration, before assuming this build is possible at all, then format the resulting event as a GA4 Measurement Protocol call.
How failures surface
GA4's DebugView confirms an event landed correctly during testing. On the Jane App side, an appointment status that never triggers the expected notification is the first thing we check, since access levels and event coverage can differ between clinics on the same platform.
