Implementations / Mindbody to Meta
Send Mindbody bookings to Meta's Conversions API.
A studio or spa running Mindbody needs Meta to know when someone actually books a class or a service, not just when they click an ad. This workflow builds that connection using Mindbody's own webhooks, since no packaged app does it for you.
- 10% of ad budget, $600 a month minimum
- No contracts, month to month

The workflow
What connects a Mindbody booking to a Meta event.
The field map
We agree on one trigger, usually a first-time client completing a booking or a package purchase, and decide whether the visit or package price should carry into the Meta event as its value, based on what your studio actually sells.
The identity match
Meta wants a hashed email or phone number and an fbclid where a landing page captured one. A hidden field on your booking page saves the fbclid to the client record at the moment they click through from an ad, before the booking itself happens.
Where the data enters
Mindbody's own Webhooks API is real and documented, sending a JSON payload when a booking or client event fires and expecting a quick acknowledgment in return. Mindbody's native Facebook feature, called Lead Management, only pulls Facebook Lead Ad leads into your Mindbody pipeline and sits behind its higher subscription tiers. It does not send booking data back out to Meta, so that direction needs Mindbody's webhook routed through a middleware step we build, or through Zapier or Make.
How failures surface
Meta's Events Manager scores every event on match quality and shows a batch that never arrived. On the Mindbody side, a webhook that stops acknowledging deliveries is the usual sign something changed in your account setup, which we check first before assuming the middleware step is at fault.
Checks we run before the numbers are used.
Access we need first
Admin access to your Mindbody site to configure the webhook, plus your Meta Events Manager login to create the dataset and access token. We do not need access to client health notes or payment details stored elsewhere in Mindbody.
What gets delivered
A live Mindbody webhook feeding a middleware step that formats and sends the event to Meta's Conversions API, plus a written note on exactly which booking action triggers it and what Meta receives.
The acceptance test
We book one real test appointment through the trigger action and confirm inside Events Manager that the event landed, the hashed fields matched at an acceptable rate, and the pixel and server event share one event ID.
What is out of scope
We do not touch how your front desk staff use Mindbody day to day, or your class schedule and pricing structure. We build one accurate signal from the booking action you choose, nothing else in the account.
How we build it.
01
Audit
We check your current Mindbody setup, confirm whether Lead Management is already active and doing something narrower than expected, and agree on the booking action that should count.
02
Build
We configure the Mindbody webhook, build the middleware step that calls Meta's Conversions API, and add the fbclid capture to your booking pages.
03
Verify
A real test booking runs through the full path, checked inside Events Manager for match quality and duplication, before we hand over the written reference and call it live.
Mindbody and Meta Conversions API, answered.
No. Mindbody's Lead Management feature pulls Facebook Lead Ad leads into your pipeline, which is the opposite direction. Sending a real booking out to Meta needs Mindbody's webhook and a custom build.
Not on your side. We build and host the middleware step that connects Mindbody's webhook to Meta, and your front desk keeps using Mindbody exactly as before.
No. We send that a booking happened and, if you choose, its price. Nothing about the class type, a health condition, or a fitness goal is part of what reaches Meta.
We set a rule so a cancelled booking does not count, since a cancellation reported as a conversion would quietly tell Meta your worst ads are your best ones.
Mindbody updates its platform on its own schedule. We re-test with a real booking after any change we notice, and confirm the event still reaches Meta before your reporting leans on it.

Tell us which Mindbody booking action means a real new client for your studio and whether Lead Management is already turned on. A fixed price for the build comes back in a free proposal, within one business day.
