Wodify to Google Ads

Wodify signups, reported back to Google Ads.

A CrossFit gym's real win is a trial WOD turning into a paying member, and most of that decision gets made through word of mouth before an ad ever gets clicked. We build for that honestly.

  • 10% of ad budget, $600 a month minimum
  • No contracts, month to month
  • Free proposal within one business day

The workflow

What connects a Wodify signup to a Google Ads bid.

The integration limit, stated first

Wodify's own integration and API options are more limited and change with less notice than larger platforms like Mindbody. We confirm exactly what your gym's current Wodify plan allows before we scope anything, rather than assuming a feature exists because it worked for a different gym on a different plan.

The identity match

A hidden field on your trial class request form saves the click identifier when someone books from a Google ad. We match on that first, falling back to a hashed email or phone number once the window has passed, which is common since a first WOD often gets scheduled a few days out.

Where the data enters

Where Wodify's own integration options fall short, we connect through a general tool like Zapier or Make, watching for a membership signup and pushing that record into Google Ads' offline conversion import. That extra step means one more link that can break, which is part of why we test it carefully.

The trigger that matters

A free intro WOD is not the conversion. We trigger on the paid membership signup that follows it, so Google Ads learns from committed members, not everyone curious enough to try one class, since a busy trial calendar does not by itself pay the gym's rent.

What we check before a gym trusts this.

Referral traffic acknowledged, not hidden

CrossFit gyms get an unusually large share of new members through word of mouth and community events, not ads. We will tell you honestly what share of signups your ads can realistically claim credit for, rather than letting a proposal number quietly assume your ads did all the work.

Trial to member funnel, not class count

We do not count every trial class booked as a win. The membership signup after the trial is the number that matters, and that is what we build the trigger around, since a busy trial calendar can look impressive while membership growth stays flat.

Built around real plan limits

We do not promise a native integration Wodify does not currently offer. If the build needs a connector in the middle, we say so upfront, in plain language, before you commit to anything, rather than discovering the gap after the invoice is sent.

Re-tested after Wodify updates

Wodify changes its integration options on its own timetable, sometimes with barely any warning at all. A batch of signups goes through the moment something shifts, because a silent break costs a lot more than a change we could see coming.

How we build it.

01

Audit what Wodify currently allows

We start with your gym's current Wodify plan, checking whether the click identifier is already being captured on your trial request form, and what integration options are genuinely available right now.

02

Build and test the feed

What Google Ads can actually be configured to watch for here depends on your specific Wodify plan, which is why we confirm that first rather than assume. Once membership signup is wired in, real signups from your own gym get run through to confirm the numbers hold.

03

Hand off a plain record

Your gym keeps a copy showing which signup counts and exactly what the build can and cannot do, so none of it catches your team off guard down the road.
