Careers

Familiar faces are the best care we give

Residents do best when the same people look after them. So we pay fairly, train well, post schedules early and keep assignments steady. Pay ranges are listed for every role.

  • Extended health and dental after three months
  • Paid education days and tuition help for HCAs becoming LPNs
  • Schedules posted four weeks ahead

“I have worked the same hallway for four years. I know who wants the radio on in the morning and who wants quiet. That only happens when people stay.”
