Pricing guide
What it costs, before you visit
Senior living prices are often hidden until the tour. Ours are here. Your written quote will list every line, and nothing is added to the bill without your okay.
Monthly price ranges by care level

to $7,400 a month
The range depends on the suite and the amount of care in the plan. The care part of the price is written in your quote, so you can see exactly what it pays for.

- 03 A second person Couples share a suite. The second person adds a flat amount for meals and services.
- 04 Memory care The Orchard costs more because it has more staff per resident and a secured space.

Paying for care
Most families use a mix of sources
Pensions, savings, the sale of a home, and sometimes private insurance. Some people qualify for publicly subsidized assisted living through the regional health authority, and we are happy to explain how that differs from a private residence like ours.
