Dining
Real food, a set table, and good company
Meals are often the best part of the day, and sometimes the only time a person eats well. We take them seriously: soup from scratch, plates that look like food, and tables where people know your name.
How meals work
Three meals, two snacks, no rush
-
Breakfast, 7:30 to 10:00
Served as people wake, not at a bell. Eggs, oatmeal, toast, fruit and good coffee.
-
Lunch, noon
The main meal for many residents. A soup, two hot choices and a lighter plate.
-
Dinner, 5:00
A sit-down dinner with table service. Independent living residents join here.
-
Snacks, any time
Mid-morning and afternoon snacks, plus a fridge on every floor for night-time hunger.
