Platforms / Klaviyo
A Klaviyo agency that trusts your order data, not the dashboard.
Klaviyo is only as smart as the data it receives from your store. If onsite tracking is off or the catalog sync is stale, your abandoned cart email shows the wrong product and your segments miss half your buyers. We fix the data first, then build the flows and campaigns, and we check Klaviyo's revenue numbers against your actual orders.
- No setup fee, month to month

What changes when Klaviyo runs your email
Four things we set up in Klaviyo before sending a campaign.
Store data and onsite tracking
The Shopify and WooCommerce integrations sync customers, orders and your product catalog. Browse and cart events like Viewed Product and Active on Site need Klaviyo's onsite tracking to be turned on as well. We place a test order and browse the store as a shopper, then confirm each event lands on the right profile.
The core flows
Welcome series, abandoned checkout, browse abandonment, post-purchase and winback are the flows most stores need first. Each one gets filters so a shopper who just bought does not also get a cart reminder. We write the copy, pull live product blocks from your catalog, and set smart sending so nobody gets flooded.
Email and SMS consent
Klaviyo tracks email and SMS consent separately, and they have different rules. In the US, text marketing needs clear written consent under the TCPA. In Canada, CASL covers commercial email and text messages. We build signup forms with the right consent wording for each channel and turn on double opt-in where it helps.
Attribution you can check
Klaviyo credits a sale to a message when it happens inside its attribution window after an open or click, and you can adjust that window in the settings. GA4 and Shopify count the same sale their own way. Klaviyo can add UTM parameters to links automatically, and we turn that on so GA4 sees email traffic by name.
What is easy in Klaviyo, and what needs a workaround.
Easy: segments from real behavior
You can segment by what people bought, how often, how recently and what they looked at. Predictive fields like expected next order date show up once your store has enough order history, which Klaviyo documents in its help centre. We build segments you will actually use, not dozens nobody opens.
Workaround: deliverability
Gmail and Yahoo now require bulk senders to authenticate their domain and offer one-click unsubscribe. We set up a branded sending domain with SPF, DKIM and DMARC in your DNS, then warm up sending to engaged profiles first, so your emails reach the inbox.
Workaround: profile-based billing
Klaviyo bills by the number of active profiles you store. Old imports and people who never open still count. We set a suppression rule for long-unengaged profiles, so your bill tracks the list that actually reads your email.
Out of scope
Brand design systems, product photography and a store rebuild are separate work. Paid ads are separate too, though we can run them alongside. When we do both, your Klaviyo segments can shape who sees Google and Meta ads, so past buyers are not paying for the same click twice.
How we start on your Klaviyo account.
01
Account audit
We check integrations, onsite tracking, sending domain, consent settings, live flows and your list's health.
02
Rebuild the core
Data fixes first, then the five core flows, signup forms and segments, each tested with a real profile.
03
Campaigns and review
Regular campaigns on a calendar you approve, with a monthly report that compares Klaviyo revenue to store orders.
Klaviyo agency questions.
Email and SMS work is scoped to your list size, number of flows and how often you send, so it is priced in your free proposal within one business day. Nothing is charged to set up, you can stop at the end of any month, and a first month that falls flat is free under our 30-day guarantee.
We do not claim a Klaviyo partner badge. You invite us as users on your own Klaviyo account, with the role we ask for, and you can remove us at any time. Every flow, form, template and segment we build stays in your account and keeps running if we part ways.
Klaviyo counts a sale if it happens within the window after someone opened or clicked, even if they came back through Google. Shopify and GA4 give that sale to the last click. We report both and look at the trend rather than one number.
Maybe. SMS suits stores with repeat buyers and time-sensitive offers, like drops or restocks. It costs more per message than email and needs stricter consent. We usually get email flows right first, then test SMS on your most engaged buyers.
Yes. We move subscribers with their consent status and suppression lists, rebuild the flows rather than copying them, and set up the sending domain before the first send. Old Mailchimp automations often have gaps nobody noticed, so a move is a good time to fix them. It is a scoped migration listed in your proposal.
