Google Ads Recovery
Your Google Ads account is suspended.
We read the exact policy Google named, fix the real cause on your site and account, and file one clear appeal. We do not open a new account and we do not guess.
- One clear appeal, not five rushed ones
- Your Business Profile and SEO keep working while you wait
- No new accounts, ever
What we do first
The evidence, the order, and the real fix.
Read the notice and the account banner
The red banner inside a suspended account states one specific policy: Circumventing systems, Suspicious payments, Unpaid balance, Business operations, or Unacceptable business practices among others. Everything else in this process depends on which one it names, so we start there before touching anything.
Triage in the right order
We check billing status first, since an unpaid balance clears itself once paid. Then we check the landing page against the ad, then the payment method and any advertiser verification Google is asking for.
Fix the actual cause
That might mean paying an overdue balance, matching your billing name to your business name, removing a claim Google flagged, or completing identity verification. We do not resubmit or appeal until the real problem is gone.
File one appeal
Through the Appeal button on the notice or the Policy manager, we state the policy, what we found, and exactly what changed. One factual appeal beats several rushed ones.
How we decide what happened
Unpaid balance
If the notice names Unpaid balance, we check the billing page for a failed or overdue charge. Paying it usually lifts the suspension on its own, with no appeal needed.
Suspicious payments
If it names Suspicious payments, we check whether the card name matches the business name and the billing address matches. A corrected payment method often resolves this without a separate appeal.
Circumventing systems or business practices
If the policy is Circumventing systems or Unacceptable business practices, we compare what the ad promises to what the landing page actually shows, and look for a second account tied to the same site or payment method.
Business operations
If it is Business operations, Google could not confirm who you are. We gather the identification and business documents the verification flow asks for, in the exact format requested.
How the recovery runs
01
Diagnose
We read the notice, the Policy manager entry, and your account history to name the exact policy and rule out a second suspension.
02
Fix and document
We correct the website, the payment method, or the verification, and keep a record of exactly what changed for the appeal.
03
Appeal once
We file a single, factual appeal and monitor the account for Google's reply, without opening anything new in the meantime.
Google Ads suspension questions
No. Reinstatement is Google's decision alone, and some suspensions, especially repeated Circumventing systems cases, do not come back. What we can promise is that we find the real cause, fix it properly, and file an appeal that gives Google a clear reason to reverse the decision. We also tell you plainly at the start if your situation looks like one of the harder cases, rather than taking the work on with false confidence.
No. Google links accounts by website, payment method, phone number, and login history. A new account tied to the same business usually gets suspended too, and adds a Circumventing systems flag on top of the original problem, which is harder to clear than where you started. If a past agency set up the original account under their own email, check for that login as well, since a suspension sometimes hides behind access nobody on your team remembers exists.
There's no set number of days Google commits to. What speeds things up is a complete, specific appeal that names the policy and the exact fix, submitted once, not five times over. What slows it down is an appeal with no real change behind it, or a fresh one filed on top of one still pending. We check the Policy manager daily while an appeal is open, so we catch Google's reply, or any request for more information, the same day it arrives.
Only if the same underlying problem shows up in more than one place, like a business address that's wrong everywhere it's listed. Otherwise, Google Ads, your Business Profile, and your organic rankings run on independent systems, and a suspension in one does not pull down the others. We still check the profile and the site while the ads account is down, since it's common for one claim or page to eventually raise a flag in more than one place.
Every ad in the account stops serving and no new budget is spent. Your ad spend itself is not charged for time you were not running, since Google only bills for clicks or impressions delivered before the suspension took effect. Any daily budget that was still unspent when the suspension hit simply stays with your payment method and is never charged.
