Jane App Integration
Know which ads actually book a clinic appointment.
Jane App runs the booking widget behind a lot of physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage, and mental health clinics. We connect a completed booking back to your analytics and ad accounts, with no health detail included.
- No markup, no percentage of ad spend
- Month to month, no contracts
- 30-day guarantee, pay only if satisfied
What we set up
A booking event, without a health detail attached.
Booking confirmation event
Jane's widget doesn't fire a conversion event to GA4 or Google Ads automatically. We set a trigger off the booking confirmation page or step, so a completed booking counts as a real, trackable action.
GA4 and Google Ads connection
That event needs a landing spot on the ad side. We register it as a GA4 key event and build a matching Google Ads conversion action, so a booked visit reads as a real result the campaign can chase.
No clinical detail passed along
The event we build passes that a booking happened, nothing about the practitioner, treatment type, or reason for visit. That's a deliberate limit, not an oversight, given what healthcare advertising rules allow a tracking event to carry.
New vs. returning patient split
Where Jane's setup allows it, we separate a first-time patient booking from a returning one, since a campaign optimizing for new patient volume needs a signal that isn't diluted by existing patients rebooking.
How this engagement works.
What we need from you
We need to get into your Jane account or embed settings, reach your site's template through its code or tag manager, and have someone add us to GA4 and Google Ads so the new conversion can be wired in.
What gets delivered
A live event reaching both platforms: a GA4 key event on one side, a Google Ads conversion action on the other, plus a plain write-up of exactly what it tracks and where it stops.
How we prove it works
We book a real slot through your public Jane widget, then wait and watch until that same booking shows up correctly in GA4 and in Google Ads, before calling the job finished.
What this does not cover
Running the Google Ads account, or touching anything inside Jane's clinical settings, isn't part of this build. New patient counts aren't a number we'll commit to, since your budget, your capacity, and your market decide that.
From booking widget to real reporting.
01
Access and mapping
We review your Jane setup and agree on exactly what counts as a bookable, trackable event.
02
Build the connection
We set the trigger, connect it to GA4 and Google Ads, and confirm no clinical detail passes through.
03
Test and hand over
We book a real test appointment, confirm the event reports correctly, and document it for your team.
Jane App integration FAQ.
Price moves with how your Jane widget is embedded and how many locations or providers are in play. Describe your setup and a proposal comes back inside one business day.
No. The event we build only signals that a booking happened, never the practitioner, treatment, or reason for the visit. That limit is deliberate, in line with how healthcare advertising rules expect a tracking event to be built.
No, it adds to it. Jane's dashboard still shows your bookings and schedule. This integration lets your ad platforms see that a booking happened, so campaigns can be judged against real appointments, not just website clicks.
In many cases, yes, depending on how your Jane booking flow is set up. That distinction matters if you're running ads specifically to bring in new patients, rather than just filling any open slot.
Managing the ad account itself is separate work, priced on its own. What this build gives you is the visibility: once it's live, either your team or ours can see which campaigns are actually turning into booked visits.
