Mindbody Integration
See which ads fill a class, not the marketplace app.
Mindbody's own marketplace app can quietly compete with your studio's site for the same booking. We connect bookings made through your site to GA4 and your ad accounts, so campaign reporting reflects what your marketing actually earned.
- No markup, no percentage of ad spend
- Month to month, no contracts
- 30-day guarantee, pay only if satisfied
What we set up
A booking event that knows where it came from.
Booking event from your widget
We set a trigger off a completed booking or class signup made through your site's embedded Mindbody widget, so a real reservation counts as a conversion, not just a click into the booking flow.
GA4 and ad account connection
That signal needs somewhere to land. We build it as a GA4 key event and, on whichever ad platform you actually run, Google or Meta, as its own conversion, so a filled class counts as a real result.
First trial vs. member booking split
A studio running ads for new business needs to see a first-time trial booking separately from an existing member's regular class signup, or the campaign optimizes toward the wrong, easier-to-get signal.
Seasonality noted in the setup
Class-based businesses see real swings around January and September sign-up periods. We set the reporting up so those swings read as expected seasonality rather than getting mistaken for a campaign change.
How this engagement works.
What we need from you
Admin rights inside your Mindbody dashboard and its widget setup, a route into your site's template through its code or embed settings, and enough room in GA4 and your ad platform to attach the new conversion.
What gets delivered
A booking signal reaching both sides: a GA4 key event, a matching conversion on your ad platform, and trial bookings kept apart from member ones wherever Mindbody's own setup allows it.
How we prove it works
We reserve a real spot in a class or trial through your live widget and track it until it lands correctly in both GA4 and your ad account's reporting, before we sign off.
What this does not cover
Running your ad campaigns, or adjusting your Mindbody class schedule, sits outside this build entirely. A membership growth number isn't something we'll promise, since pricing, capacity, and local competition all move that outcome.
From booking widget to real reporting.
01
Access and mapping
We review your Mindbody widget setup and agree on what counts as a trackable booking.
02
Build the connection
We set the trigger and connect it to GA4 and your ad accounts, splitting trial from member bookings where possible.
03
Test and hand over
We book a real test class, confirm the event reports correctly, and document the setup for your team.
Mindbody integration FAQ.
Cost depends on how your widget sits on your site and whether one ad account is involved or several. Walk us through it and a quote follows within one business day.
No, and that's deliberate. This tracks bookings made through your own site's widget, since those are the ones your marketing is actually responsible for, separate from whatever the marketplace app brings in on its own.
In many setups, yes. That split matters if you're running ads to bring in new students specifically, rather than just filling any open spot in a class.
We account for the usual January and September sign-up surges when setting expectations, so a normal seasonal dip or spike doesn't get read as a campaign suddenly working or failing.
Running the campaigns is separate work, added on only if you want it. What this build hands over is the sight line: proof of which campaigns are actually filling a class or a trial.
