How we prove it worked
The domain resolves correctly, a test email sent through your real provider shows SPF and DKIM passing, and no leftover or conflicting records remain.
What this does not cover
This does not include choosing or buying a new domain name as a branding decision, setting up mailboxes inside your email provider itself, or unlocking a domain that is still controlled by someone else's account.

Usually because SPF, DKIM, or DMARC records are missing or do not match your real email provider, which makes receiving servers less sure your messages are genuine. We check and configure all three against your actual provider.
It happens more than people expect, usually through a compromised registrar login or an unlocked account. We turn on registrar lock and confirm auto renew is active so the domain cannot lapse or transfer without your approval.
Not by itself, it is common. It just means the DNS records for each have to point at the right provider, and if a change is made without knowing that, one side can break while the other keeps working.
