Files and database moved
Your site's files and database copied to the new host and tested there before anything public changes, so the new copy is proven working while the old one is still live.
DNS cutover
DNS records updated to point at the new host once it is proven ready. We plan around your record's TTL, since propagation can take a few hours up to a day or two depending on how it was set.
SSL certificate reissued
A fresh SSL certificate issued and installed on the new host before the cutover, so the site never shows a security warning during the switch.
Email kept separate from web
Email runs on MX records, not the web hosting record, and the two often live with different providers. We confirm which one applies to you and make sure email keeps flowing through the entire move.

What we need from you
Login to the current host's control panel or FTP, access to your domain registrar or DNS, a list of every email account tied to the domain, and an agreed maintenance window.
What gets delivered
Your site live on the new host, DNS pointed correctly, SSL working, and email confirmed still sending and receiving, with the old host kept active until everything is verified.
How we prove it worked
Every page and form on the new host is checked, a test email is sent and received, and Search Console is checked for new crawl errors in the days after cutover.
What this does not cover
This is a move, not a redesign, so pre-existing bugs unrelated to hosting are not automatically fixed. We also cannot control your old host's own cancellation policy or refund timeline.
