Local SEO

One real page per location, not a city swap.

A location page that only swaps the city name is thin content Google can spot easily. We build one page per real location, using that location's own address, hours, staff, and phone number, and only where the demand justifies it.

What we do

The concrete work behind a real location page.

Build one page per real, verifiable location

Each location page uses that specific address, hours, staff, and, where they genuinely exist, location-specific reviews, rather than a shared template with a single field swapped for the city name. Google's own spam policies specifically call out pages built only to rank for a city with no real presence there, so getting this right protects the rest of the site too.

Wire each page to its own Google Business Profile

Every page links to that location's own Google Business Profile and its own tracked phone number, so a search in that city lands on a page matching what actually shows up in the local map pack.

Give each location its own conversion tracking

Each page gets its own conversion tracking, so performance can be judged location by location instead of getting blended into one site-wide number that hides which location is actually underperforming.

Cross-link services and nearby locations

Each location page links to the right service pages and to nearby locations, so both a visitor and a search engine can find the full footprint of the business from any single page. A location with several offices nearby gets grouped so visitors can compare them at a glance.

How this engagement is scoped

Prerequisites and access

We need a real, verifiable address and contact detail for every location, plus admin access to the Google Business Profiles involved. Locations without a real physical or service address don't qualify for this job.

What's delivered

One live page per qualifying location, each wired to its own Business Profile, its own phone tracking, and its own conversion tracking, with cross-links to services and nearby locations. Every page's name, address, and phone number are kept identical to that location's Business Profile, since that consistency is part of how Google decides which business a local search actually matches.

The acceptance test

Each page's phone number, address, and hours match its Google Business Profile exactly, checked location by location, with conversion tracking confirmed live on every page.

Out of scope

We won't build a page for a location nobody actually searches for. Ongoing Google Business Profile post management is a separate, related job, and deciding which of several candidate cities are worth expanding into is a strategy conversation for your proposal, not this build.

How the engagement runs

01

Confirm real locations and gather local proof

We confirm which locations are real and have search demand behind them, then gather the address, hours, staff, and any genuine local proof for each one.

02

Build and wire each page

We build each location page individually and wire it to that location's own Business Profile, phone number, and conversion tracking.

03

Verify against each Business Profile

We check every page's details against its Google Business Profile one by one before considering the location page complete.
