Review Request Automation
A review request that fires the moment a job wraps up.
We wire your existing booking calendar, CRM, or field service tool to send a text and email review request the second a job closes, carrying one link straight to your Google Business Profile.
- No contracts, ever
- $0 setup fee
- 30-day guarantee, pay only if satisfied
What we set up
One trigger, one link, sent the same way to every customer.
A trigger from the tool you already use
We connect the moment a job gets marked complete, an invoice gets paid, or an appointment closes out in your booking calendar. That event, not a person remembering to send something, starts the request. Most field tools and booking calendars support this kind of connection, either directly or through a simple automation platform sitting in between.
Text first, email as backup
Most people open a text within minutes of getting it, so the review link goes out by text with an email copy behind it, both carrying the same short review link.
One short link to your profile
Google Business Profile lets you generate a short review link from the "get more reviews" panel. That link drops a customer straight onto the star picker, not a search results page they have to hunt through.
Timing and spacing rules
We build in a delay so the request lands after the invoice clears, and a spacing rule so a customer who comes back monthly is not asked for a review every single visit.
How this job is scoped
Access we need
Manager access to your Google Business Profile, a login or API key for your booking calendar or field service software, and the phone number or email platform the requests will send from.
What gets delivered
A live automation, editable message templates in your voice, the generated review link, and a simple log showing how many requests went out and on which date. You keep the logins for every tool we touch, so none of it is locked to us once the build is finished.
The acceptance test
We close a real job (or run a test one) in your system with you watching, and confirm the text and email both arrive within minutes carrying the correct working link.
What is out of scope
We do not filter which customers get asked, pay for reviews, or write review content for anyone. Writing replies to reviews once they land is a separate job: review response management.
How the build runs
01
Access and a short call
We look at what closes a job in your world today: an invoice, a calendar event, a status change, and pick the exact moment the request should fire.
02
Build and test with a real event
We connect the tool, write the message templates, and run one live test so you see the request land in an actual phone before it goes to a real customer.
03
Handoff and adjustment
You get a walkthrough of the log, and we tune the delay or spacing rule together once you have seen it run for a week or two. If a customer ever asks to be left out of future requests, that exclusion gets added permanently, not just paused for one cycle.
Review request automation FAQ
No. We build the request so it goes out to every customer the same way, every time, but whether someone taps through and leaves a review is up to them. What we can promise is a consistent ask, not a number.
Asking every customer is fine. What Google does not allow is filtering who gets asked so only happy customers see the request, sometimes called review gating, or offering money or a discount for a review. Our setup asks everyone the same way.
We can trigger off something simpler, like a shared spreadsheet row you fill in when a job closes, or a form your team fills in after the last appointment. It is less automatic but still consistent.
Not if we set a spacing rule, which we do by default. A weekly regular gets asked occasionally, not after every single visit, so the request stays useful instead of annoying.
There is no fixed price listed here because every business runs on a different combination of tools. Once we know what you use to book and close a job, we sketch out exactly what the build needs to touch. That sketch becomes a proposal, and it lands in your inbox by the next business day, at no charge.
Get the review ask running on its own.
Tell us what you use to book jobs and close invoices, and we will map the exact moment a request should fire. That map turns into a build plan scoped to your actual tools. Expect it back within a single business day, and there is no charge just to look at it.
