Review Response Management
Someone answers every Google review, good or bad.
New reviews get read, answered, and logged inside an agreed window. Reviews that break Google's rules get flagged through the correct channel instead of ignored or argued with in public.

What we set up
A reply for every review, not just the easy ones.
A watch on your review inbox
We check your Google Business Profile on an agreed cadence so a new review does not sit unanswered for days. Star reviews with no written comment get a short reply too. A review naming a specific staff member or location gets flagged to you directly, since that kind of detail is usually worth a personal follow-up beyond the public reply.
Written replies in your voice
We draft the reply, you approve the tone once at the start, then replies go out without a back and forth on every single one unless a review needs your direct input.
Flagging reviews that break the rules
A review that is fake, off topic, spam, or posted by someone with a conflict of interest gets reported through Google's flag as inappropriate process, not deleted by us, since only Google can remove a review.
A running log
Every review and reply gets recorded in one place, so you can see the pattern over time instead of hunting through your Google Business Profile each time a question comes up.
How this job is scoped
Access we need
Manager or owner access on your Google Business Profile so replies can post under the business name, plus a way to reach you when a review needs a fact only you know.
What gets delivered
A reply on every new review inside the agreed window, a short set of reply templates for common situations, and a log of what was flagged to Google and what happened to it. Every reply posts under your own business account, so nothing about what was said on your behalf is hidden from you.
The acceptance test
We show you a real reply we posted, the timestamp of the original review next to the timestamp of our reply, and the flag we filed on any review that broke policy that month.
What is out of scope
We do not offer refunds, discounts, or promises on your behalf inside a reply, and we cannot force Google to remove a review just because it is negative. Getting new reviews in the door is a separate job: review request automation.
How the engagement runs
01
Tone and ground rules call
We agree on how you want negative reviews handled, what you never want offered in a public reply, and which situations should get routed to you first before anything posts.
02
First replies drafted for approval
The first handful of replies go to you before posting, so you can adjust wording. After that, replies follow the pattern you approved unless something unusual comes up.
03
Ongoing coverage and monthly review
Replies keep going out on the agreed cadence, and once a month we walk through what came in, what got flagged, and whether the ground rules still fit. Any pattern worth escalating, a recurring complaint about the same issue, for example, gets called out in that walkthrough rather than buried in the log.
Review response management FAQ
Only Google can remove a review, and only if it breaks Google's review policies, things like fake engagement, spam, off topic content, or a clear conflict of interest. We file the flag; Google decides. A review that is simply negative but honest will not be removed.
Star ratings are an average. With a smaller total number of reviews, one low score pulls the average down harder than it would once you have hundreds behind it. A calm, specific reply matters more while your total count is still building.
No. A public reply stays short, factual, and calm even when the review is not. Anything that needs a real conversation gets moved offline, with the public reply simply inviting that.
We agree on a window at the start, most clients pick daily or every couple of days. A review never sits unanswered for weeks, which is the pattern that looks worst to someone reading your profile later.
There is no flat price listed here, since a business getting five reviews a month needs a different plan than one getting fifty. Tell us the rough volume you see and the tone you want kept consistent. From there, a proposal built around that number shows up the following business day, free of charge.
Stop letting reviews sit unanswered.
Let us know roughly how many reviews come in during a typical month and what tone should carry through every reply. We use that to work out how much coverage the job actually needs. The reply plan comes back inside one business day; seeing it will not cost you a thing.
