A four-OR ambulatory surgery center, passed by state inspectors on first presentation.
A physician-owned surgical group bought a shelled retail building and needed it transformed into a four-OR ambulatory surgery center — medical gas, isolation power, pressure-cascaded sterile corridors — on a hard-bid budget financed to the dollar.
Won at competitive bid and treated the state inspection as the real completion date. Above-ceiling inspections were photographed and logged zone by zone; medical-gas verification and pressure-relationship testing were third-party certified before we invited the state in. Every owner allowance was tracked in an open log reviewed at the weekly meeting.
Licensed on first inspection with zero deficiencies cited. Final cost landed within the surgical group's financing without a single change order initiated by the contractor.
