Framing, finish carpentry, and site management are done by our own people, not day labor. The same lead carpenter starts and finishes your job.

Our trade partners
Licensed work goes to licensed people. These are the trades we have used for years, and they work under our contract and our schedule.
- Electrical Licensed master electrician, with us since 2013
- Plumbing Licensed master plumber, two crews
- HVAC Licensed heating and cooling contractor
- Structural engineering Licensed professional engineer, stamps our drawings
- Drywall and plaster Same finishing crew on most of our jobs
- Tile Two setters who follow our waterproofing spec
On site by 7:30. Gone by 4:30.
Every crew member carries photo ID, parks where you ask, and keeps a shop vac running at the end of the day. If anything about the crew bothers you, tell Marco or call the office. We would rather hear it on day two than read it in a review.
Meet Dana at your house.
The first site visit is free, takes about an hour, and ends with a written ballpark range within a week.
