Daily training delivery
Today’s workout, exercise videos, form cues, RPE targets. Tap to mark complete + log weights/reps. Auto-progresses based on performance + program rules.
Video form review
Record + send lift videos directly through app. 1:1 + Group clients get reviewed by me; self-paced users post in Discord for community feedback.
Weekly check-in form
1:1 clients submit a structured weekly check-in (training quality, recovery, life stress, body comp metrics). Forms the basis of our weekly call.
Progress tracking

8-Week Hypertrophy
Pure muscle-building protocol. Higher volume, mid-rep ranges. Most clients gain 4-8 lbs of muscle in 8 weeks. Pairs with small caloric surplus.
Athletic Foundations (16 wks)
Sport-prep program. Strength + power + conditioning + mobility blend. Off-season for team athletes, year-round for hybrid athletes.
Beginner’s Strength (12 wks)
True beginner program. Bodyweight → dumbbell → barbell progression. Form, terminology, gym etiquette. The program I wish I’d had at age 20.

My take on Wendler’s classic 5/3/1. Modified for modern recovery science. Best for advanced lifters.

From 30 miles/week base to marathon ready. Long runs, tempo work, intervals. Strength minimums to prevent injury.

What I won't add
AI-generated programs (defeats the purpose of coaching). Social features beyond Discord (privacy first). Aggressive gamification (training is intrinsically rewarding).
